Before futureproof, I was working in Business Development in the apprenticeship space and prior to that I was in digital advertising for 8 years, the last 5 of which I spent in ad tech – an industry full of acronyms!
I was excited at the chance to solve the two biggest issues facing the tech industry: the skills gap and the lack of diverse talent. futureproof is clearly at a critical point in its growth trajectory and I can't wait to be a part of that growth.
